- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The staff is very friendly and kind, especially when you go in for an appointment. The biggest issue is that appointments are quite hard to find. I made an appointment mid-January for a filling that had fallen out, from a previous procedure done at this office 2 years prior. I could only do appointments after 1pm. They had booked me for mid-March (a 2 month wait), however they said that they would be sure to call me if and when someone cancels their appointment. My Mid-March appointment was cancelled because of the snow, understandably so. The next appointment they had was mid-may (another 2 months away), no attempt to fit me earlier. The wait time is too excessive, even without a snow day thrown in. Dental Care at Eldersburg Commons fit me in within 2 weeks, not two months.
